Got the sub 20 minute 5K I was working toward at the Three Eagle Half Marathon and 5K. It wasn’t a real competitive race since my 19:48 actually got 3rd overall. I actually had a faster pace two weeks before at a 5K in Minocqua but that race was longer than a 5k.
Not sure what to aim for now. I’ll just keep pushing and see where it goes. I’m in a decent routine of running and a couple days of weights. Might do more weights for winter with less running. The days are getting short already.
