Some single color logos for a company selling a dog treat called Bigfoot Biscuits.
Another cartoon for the newsletter at work. Tried some different things from my usual. The lines are a pencil brush in Photoshop. Laid down some solid colors on the foreground objects and the bird. Then painted the background and highlights/shadows with the default photoshop chalk brush (size 63) mostly at %50 opacity and %15 flow.
A little picture for the newsletter where I work. I tried a new technique but it didn’t turn out like I hoped. I was going for a style like Dennis Jones. I’ll keep working on it. After watching one of his videos I realized that his coloring technique doesn’t use any of the Photoshop gimmicks like overlay, screen, and multiply layers to apply shading and highlights. He just color picks. I am such a sham. Time to start color picking because his stuff is awesome.
